This area is built on a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system. In other words, assistants do not rely only on general model knowledge. They answer based on your own knowledge base.
With the Knowledge Base, you can upload text files, web pages, videos, AI-generated text, database content and similar sources, then allow assistants to answer questions using this data.
