Not every business has a website, and the ones that do rarely have time to build a new page for every campaign. Yet all it takes to share an assistant is an address. The Standalone Web Page gives you exactly that: a page with its own address for your agent, tied to no website, that anyone with the link can open.
Where your assistant lives when you have no website
The moment you enable the page in the panel, a dedicated address is generated for your agent. That address stands on its own — no site, no domain and no server of your own required.
- Put the link wherever you like. In your Instagram bio, your email signature, an ad destination or a printed piece.
- The page runs full screen. It is not a box in the corner like the widget but a chat page in its own right, working the same way on desktop and mobile.
- Visitors can type or speak. With voice mode on, the microphone stays open and speech is processed at the pause; the agent answers out loud.
- Images can be sent. Visitors can upload photos and the agent reads them into the context.
Everything you control on the page
The page is not a bare chat box — it is a landing page that can introduce you:
- An intro section. A headline, a description and your own colours at the top of the page, with your logo.
- Highlights. Up to three points explaining what you offer, above the chat.
- An action button. Your own call to action: a button pointing to a purchase, sign-up or contact address.
- Welcome message and language. The opening message can be written separately for each language, so visitors are greeted in their own.
- Appearance. Three layout variants, panel and chat colours, bubble colours, corner radius and the typing indicator are all set individually.
You hold the access controls. The address runs on a unique access key. You can regenerate that key at any time to invalidate the old link, or revoke it entirely and take the page down. You can also give the page an expiry date, a limit on how many times it may be opened, or a rule that allows access only from certain IP addresses — so a campaign page can be set to close by itself when its time is up.
Publishing the standalone page
You create your agent, open the Standalone Page tab in the panel and enable the page. Then you copy the generated address and share it. There is nothing else to set up: no code to paste, no domain to point, no server to configure. Appearance and copy changes reach the live page the moment you save.
Digital workers most used on a standalone page
You choose the digital worker behind the page. The two set up most often on this channel:
- E-Commerce Sales Agent — meets the interest arriving at a campaign-specific address, answers product questions and carries it through to a sale.
- Customer Support Agent — a single link handles all of your support traffic; it hands off to a human when it cannot resolve something.
Other access channels
The Standalone Web Page is one of six access channels. The other two that support spoken conversation:
- Web Widget — the version that runs in the corner of your existing site.
- Robot — the same voice experience in a physical space.
You can put a digital worker with its own address live today, without waiting for a website.
