ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement (the "Agreement") is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and performance of software-based subscription services ordered electronically by the Buyer through the giizo.ai domain owned by the Seller, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 3 - SERVICE INFORMATION

Information regarding the type, plan, duration, sale price and payment method of the service subject to this Agreement is as specified in the subscription plan selected during the order.

3.1 - Payment Method and Refund Procedure
Payments are made by credit card, debit card or online payment systems. Refunds for payments made by bank transfer/EFT are made to the Buyer's bank account.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1. The Buyer accepts and undertakes that the digital service subject to this Agreement will be provided in accordance with the features specified during the order.

4.2. The Buyer accepts that they were informed before this Agreement about the essential characteristics of the service, sale price, payment method and terms of use.

4.3. The Buyer accepts and declares that they confirmed the preliminary information form electronically.

4.4. The parties accept that they are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts in addition to the provisions of this Agreement.

4.5. This Agreement enters into force when all articles are approved electronically.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 14 days after purchasing a subscription service. However, if performance of the digital service has started or access to the service has been provided, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.

5.2. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Digital services whose performance has started with the Buyer's approval
  • Custom development and customization services
  • Services performed instantly in electronic environment
  • Digital content delivered instantly to the Buyer

5.3. If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller refunds the collected amount within 10 business days from the date the withdrawal notice reaches the Seller.

ARTICLE 6 - REFUND AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

  • Subscription plans can be cancelled before the next billing period.
  • Cancelled subscriptions can be used until the end of the current period and no refund is issued.
  • For one-time services, a refund may be issued if cancellation is made before the service begins.
  • In cases of dissatisfaction caused by technical issues, support is provided first. If no solution can be found, a partial refund may be evaluated.

ARTICLE 7 - COMPETENT COURT

For disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts are competent for disputes above those limits.

ARTICLE 8 - EFFECTIVE DATE

The Buyer is deemed to have electronically approved all terms of this Agreement in the order placed through giizo.ai.
