Giizo AI Business Assistant

An assistant that sits in your panel and talks to you. How many conversations happened, what customers asked most, which product drew interest, where your open requests stand — you ask in plain language instead of hunting through report screens.

There are two assistants in Giizo AI. One talks to your customer: it recommends products, answers questions and works towards closing the sale. The other one talks to you.

The Business Assistant sits in your panel and has a single job: telling you how the business is doing today. "How many customers did we talk to this month", "what are people asking most", "which product is drawing interest", "how many open requests do I have" — none of this needs a tour through report screens. You type the question, you get the answer.

Why a separate assistant

In a small ecommerce team, reading reports is nobody's job. The panel opens, three screens go by, the number isn't there, the panel closes. The result: you have the data, but you still decide from hearsay.

This assistant closes that gap. It is wired to your data, it understands your wording, and it summarizes the customer-facing assistant's numbers for you. The point isn't producing reports — it's seeing which questions are costing you sales and closing that gap.

Asking your own business data in plain language

The assistant has seven tools that read your data. Every one of them reads only your account's data; there is no condition under which it reaches another business's data.

What you askWhat comes back
Conversation statisticsHow many conversations and messages in the period you pick, how many came from each channel, how they spread across days
Most asked questionsThe list of repeated customer questions and how many times each was asked
Case summaryTotal requests; the open, in-progress, resolved, closed and cancelled breakdown; the split by request type
Assistant performanceFor each customer-facing assistant: conversation count, number of evaluated conversations, average quality score and answered rate
Customer satisfactionUnderstanding, answer relevance, actionability, consistency and closure scores from conversation evaluations — if there is no data it plainly says "no records found" instead of inventing a number
Catalog interestHow many times each of your products was shown, in how many conversations it was clicked, how many clicks it received in total
Resource librarySearch across Giizo AI's how-to guides — the answer to "how did I set this up again"

You set the period: this week, last month, between two dates. The answer comes either as a readable summary or as raw data.

What these questions are good for in practice

"What do customers ask most?" — The question at the top of the list is the information missing from your product page. If shipping time leads the list, you write that into the knowledge base; the following week the question drops off.

"Which product is drawing interest?" — The catalog interest report shows which of the products your assistant recommended actually got clicked. A product shown often but clicked rarely is telling you something about its image or its price.

"Is my assistant answering well?" — The average quality score and the answered rate show where the customer-facing assistant stumbles. A low score usually means a gap in the knowledge base.

Your marketplace seller lookups

Once you connect your marketplace seller account, the Business Assistant takes on seven more lookups. You ask them without opening the seller panel and without leaving yours:

  • Your order list for a given period and its status breakdown
  • The detail of a single order — items, amounts, shipping information
  • The list of return claims that have been opened
  • The detail and status of a single claim
  • Your settlement and payout records
  • Other financial records — deductions, refunds, commission and advance lines
  • Your cargo invoice lines

Which marketplace can be connected, and how, is on the marketplace integration page and on the Integrations page.

All of these lookups are reads. The assistant does not create orders, take payments, start returns or apply coupons. It shows you the number; you take the action.

You can ask by voice too

If you have assigned a voice profile to your assistant, you can speak your reports instead of typing them. In the warehouse, on the road, phone in hand — you ask "how many conversations this week" and listen to the answer.

Which tools are connected, who approves — you decide

Each marketplace tool has three modes:

  • Automatic — the assistant runs it directly when you ask
  • Ask for approval — it asks you before running
  • Disabled — never used

You also manage your seller account's credential connection from the panel: you connect it, change it, and remove it whenever you want.

This assistant is open only to you

The Business Assistant is the seller side of the product, and it stays there:

  • Your customer cannot reach this assistant. These tools are not reachable from WhatsApp, from Instagram or from the widget on your site — it is closed at the channel level, not a setting.
  • Identity is not taken from the client. Which assistant is speaking is determined from your logged-in session, not from a value sent by the browser. You cannot reach another account's assistant by editing the address bar.
  • Every endpoint requires session authentication, and every lookup is locked to your account's data alone.
  • Reports return counts and breakdowns. Conversation counts, channel splits, scores — not customer records, contact lists or conversation transcripts. The single exception is the "most asked questions" list: there, your customers' repeated question sentences appear as they were written, because those sentences are exactly what is valuable.

What it does not do

To be straight about it:

  • It does not create orders, take payments, start returns or apply coupons.
  • It does not talk to your customer — that is the Ecommerce Sales Agent's job.
  • It cannot show data from a system that isn't connected; lookups are limited to the accounts you have linked.
  • When there is no data it does not guess; it says "no records found".

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Business Assistant?

It is an AI assistant that sits in your Giizo AI panel and talks to the business owner. It is separate from the sales agent that talks to your customer. You ask for conversation statistics, most asked questions, case summaries, assistant performance, customer satisfaction and catalog interest in plain language; if your marketplace seller account is connected, you also look up orders, returns and financial records from the same place.

Can my customers talk to this assistant?

No. The Business Assistant is open only inside the panel, to a logged-in business user. It cannot be reached from customer channels — WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, the website widget, the shareable page or the robot. This is not a setting, it is a limit enforced at the channel level.

Do I need to learn a separate screen to see the reports?

No. You open the assistant at the bottom right of the panel and type the question in everyday language. Sample question chips appear the first time you open it; tapping one is enough. If you want a specific period, "last month" or two dates will do.

How do I find out what my customers ask most?

You ask the assistant. It returns the list of repeated customer questions and how many times each was asked. The questions at the top of the list usually point to information missing from your product page or your knowledge base.

Can I see how many customers my chatbot talked to this month?

Yes. Conversation statistics give you the conversation and message count for the period you choose, the channel breakdown and the day-by-day spread. You can say "this month" or "last week", or give two dates.

Can I look up my marketplace orders here?

If you have connected your marketplace seller account, yes: order list, order detail, return claims, claim detail, settlements, other financial records and cargo invoice lines. These lookups only run on the seller side, meaning in this assistant; they are not reachable from a customer channel. You can see which marketplace can be connected on the Integrations page.

Can the assistant show my business data to someone else?

No. Every lookup is locked to the account in the session; the assistant's identity is derived from your session rather than from a value sent by the browser. There is no path that reaches another business's data.

Can I ask for reports by voice?

Yes, if you have assigned a voice profile to your assistant. You ask by voice and get the answer by voice.

You pick the agent that talks to your customer from the digital workforce; the Business Assistant is already waiting in your panel the moment your account opens.
