These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of the websites, dashboards, APIs, widget, standalone page, robot and other software services (together, the “Services”) provided by Giizo Artificial Intelligence Technologies Ltd. (“Giizo AI”, “we”). By using the Services, you accept these Terms.
These Terms should be read with our Privacy Policy, AI Terms, Refund Policy and Distance Sales Agreement.
1. Who we are
Giizo AI is Giizo Artificial Intelligence Technologies Ltd., a technology company operating in Türkiye. We run aB2B agentic AI SaaS platform that provides businesses with vertical pre-configured AI agents (“digital workers”).

2. Registration and access
- You must be at least 18, or act with a legal representative’s approval.
- Provide accurate account information. You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
- If you open an account for a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.
3. Use of the Services
You may use the Services in line with law, these Terms and the AI Terms.
Prohibited (examples): unlawful or harmful use; infringing others’ rights; reverse engineering; bypassing security; abusing rate limits; using Output in bulk to build competing foundation models; falsely claiming Output was human-authored.
Third-party integrations (e.g. Meta channels, MCP tools, payment providers) have their own terms; Giizo AI is not responsible for those third-party services.
4. Content, Input and Output
You may provide input (“Input”) and receive output (“Output”). Together they are “Content”.
- You are responsible for Content complying with law and these Terms.
- To the extent permitted by law you retain rights in Input; rights in Output attributable to you are yours (excluding other users’ or third-party output).
- Giizo AI may use Content to provide, secure and support the Services and for tenant/agent-specific improvements (e.g. Knowledge Base/RAG, Agent Learning).We do not use customer content to train shared foundation models across customers. See Privacy Policy and AI Terms.
AI Output may be wrong or incomplete. Do not treat it as absolute truth or a substitute for professional advice; apply human review for critical decisions.
5. Agentic AI, business actions and responsibility
Giizo AI agents may take real business actions based on your configuration and authorizations (e.g. order queries, booking appointments, starting returns, external API/MCP calls, proactive messages).
- Approval, OTP and permission gates may exist; configuring them correctly is your responsibility.
- You are responsible for your agent’s behavior rules, connected tools, channels and interactions with your customers.
- Giizo AI provides infrastructure; your business processes, customer commitments and legal duties remain yours.
- Obligations to end customers (e.g. people messaging on WhatsApp) regarding notices, consent and channel rules — where applicable — are yours.
6. Paid accounts and pricing
- Fees are shown in Turkish Lira (₺); taxes (VAT etc.) may apply separately.
- Subscriptions may renew periodically until cancelled. Access may be suspended if payment fails.
- Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund Policy and Distance Sales Agreement.
- Price changes are communicated with reasonable advance notice.
The free plan is an ongoing usage tier with no time limit; upgrading is not mandatory.
7. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend access or close accounts for breaches, security risk or legal duty. Account deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
Services are provided “as is”. Implied warranties are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service or that every Output is accurate.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giizo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the ₺ amount you paid for the relevant Service in the 12 months before the claim; if you paid nothing, the cap is**₺1,000**. Mandatory consumer/compensation rules remain reserved.
10. Indemnity
If you are a business or organization, to the extent permitted by law you may be required to defend and indemnify Giizo AI against third-party claims arising from your use of the Services or Content or your breach of these Terms.
11. Dispute resolution
The parties will first seek to resolve disputes arising from these Terms or the Services in good faith through amicable discussion and/or mediation.
If unresolved, the laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply and the courts and enforcement offices of Mersin have jurisdiction.
Arbitration is available only if the parties separately agree in writing; there is no mandatory arbitration.
12. Copyright notices
For alleged IP infringement, write to mail@giizo.ai with authorized signature, work description, location of the material, your contact details and a good-faith statement.
13. General
- Assignment: You may not assign without our written consent; we may assign to affiliates or successors in connection with the Services.
- Changes: We may update these Terms or the Services for legal, security or product reasons; material changes will be reasonably notified.
- Trade controls: You must comply with applicable sanctions and export laws. The Services may not be used for sanctioned persons, entities or prohibited end uses under Turkish, UN or other authorities that bind us.
- Entire agreement: These Terms form the main agreement for the Services (special written contracts reserved).
- Governing law: Laws of the Republic of Türkiye (excluding conflict-of-law rules).
