This Privacy Policy summarizes how Giizo Artificial Intelligence Technologies Ltd. (“Giizo AI”, “we”) processes personal data through our websites, apps and SaaS platform (the “Services”).

1. Who does this cover?

Giizo AI is a B2B platform. For account-holder data Giizo AI is typically the controller; for a business’s end-customer data the business is typically the controller and Giizo AI the processor. Details: KVKK Disclosure Notice §2.

2. Data we collect (summary)

  • Account, contact, billing (card data at the payment provider)
  • Support and form content
  • Knowledge base, catalog, conversation/channel content, voice interaction (as configured)
  • Technical logs, cookies, usage metrics

3. Model training and agent learning

Giizo AI does not use customer content to train shared foundation models across customers. Content is not sold or rented for model training.

Knowledge Base (RAG), Self-Improving RAG and Agent Learning may use your data to improveyour agent/account only. Third-party fallbacks: Subprocessors.

4. Voice data

Voice on Widget, Standalone and Robot, and voice cloning/profiles, may process audio that can be special-category data in context. Details: KVKK Disclosure Notice §6.

5. Transfers and providers

7. Security, retention and account deletion

Commercially reasonable technical/administrative measures apply. Retention follows service, dispute and legal needs (e.g. tax records).

After a deletion request, data may remain restorable for 30 days, then anonymized or deleted (financial-record exceptions reserved).

8. Cookies and third-party sites

Cookies help operate and improve the Services. Third-party sites are outside this Policy.

9. Changes

This Policy may be updated on this page. The KVKK Disclosure Notice is maintained separately with its own effective date.
