Giizo AI, together with our affiliates ("Giizo AI", "we", "our" or "us"), respects your privacy and is strongly committed to keeping information obtained from or about you secure. This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding Personal Information collected from or about you when you use our website, applications and services (collectively, the "Services").
1. Personal Information We Collect
We collect personal information from or about you ("Personal Information") in the following ways.
Personal Information You Provide
When you create an account to use our Services or communicate with us, we may collect Personal Information:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information associated with your account, including your name, contact details, account credentials, payment card information if you pay for a paid service and transaction history.
- User Content: When you use the Services, we collect Personal Information included in inputs, file uploads or feedback you provide to the Services.
- Communication Information: When you contact us, we collect your name, contact details and the contents of the messages you send.
- Social Media Information: We maintain pages on social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Medium, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn. When you interact with our social media pages, we collect Personal Information you choose to share with us. The companies hosting those pages may also provide aggregate information and analytics about our social media activity.
- Other Information You Provide: We collect other information you provide when you participate in events or surveys or provide information to verify your identity.
Personal Information We Receive Automatically From Your Use of the Services
When you visit, use or interact with the Services, we may receive the following information about your visit, use or interactions ("Technical Information"):
- Log Data: Information your browser or device automatically sends when using the Services, including IP address, browser type and settings, date and time of request and how you interact with the Services.
- Usage Data: Information about how you use the Services, such as the types of content you view or interact with, features used and actions performed. We may also collect time zone, country, access dates and times, user agent, device type and connection information.
- Device Information: Device name, operating system, device identifiers and browser information. The information collected may depend on device type and settings.
- Cookies: We use cookies to operate and administer the Services and improve your experience. You can configure your browser to accept or reject cookies or notify you when a cookie is offered. Rejecting cookies may affect your ability to use some parts of a website.
- Analytics: We may use online analytics products that help us analyze how you use the Services and improve your experience.
2. How We Use Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to:
- Provide, administer, maintain and analyze the Services
- Improve our Services and conduct research
- Communicate with you and send information about our Services and events

- Prevent fraud, criminal activity or misuse of the Services and protect the security of our IT systems, architecture and networks

- Comply with legal obligations and legal processes, and protect our rights, privacy, safety or property and those of our affiliates, users or third parties
Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may aggregate or de-identify Personal Information so that it can no longer identify you. We may use such information to analyze the effectiveness of the Services, add new features, conduct research and for similar purposes. We may also analyze general user behavior and share or publish aggregate statistics. We will maintain and use de-identified information in anonymous or de-identified form and will not attempt to re-identify it unless required by law.
3. Disclosure of Personal Information
In certain circumstances, we may provide your Personal Information to third parties, unless prohibited by law:
- Vendors and Service Providers: We may provide Personal Information to vendors and service providers that support our business operations, such as hosting providers, customer service vendors, cloud services, email communication software, web analytics services and other IT providers. These parties access, process or store Personal Information only to perform their duties.
- Business Transfers: In strategic transactions, reorganizations, bankruptcy, receivership or transfer of service to another provider, your Personal Information and other information may be shared with transaction parties and transferred to a successor or affiliate as part of the transaction.
- Legal Requirements: We may share Personal Information with government authorities, industry partners or other third parties when necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect our rights or property, enforce our terms and policies, detect or prevent fraud or illegal activity, protect the safety and integrity of our products, employees or users, or avoid legal liability.
- Affiliates: We may disclose Personal Information to affiliates under common control with Giizo AI. Affiliates may use the information consistently with this Privacy Policy.
- Business Account Administrators: If you join a Giizo AI Enterprise or business account, administrators of that account may access and control your Giizo AI account. If you create an account using an email address owned by your employer or another organization, we may share certain account information with that organization to enable adding you to a business account.
- Other Users and Third Parties You Share Information With: Some features allow you to display or share information with other users or third parties. We recommend sharing information only with people or services you trust.
4. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain legal rights regarding your Personal Information, including:
- The right to access your Personal Information and information about how it is processed
- The right to delete your Personal Information from our records
- The right to correct or update your Personal Information
- The right to transfer your Personal Information to a third party (data portability)
- The right to restrict how we process your Personal Information
- The right to withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis for processing
- The right to object to how we process your Personal Information
You may exercise some of these rights through your Giizo AI account. If you cannot exercise your rights through your account, please send your request to mail@giizo.ai.
A note on accuracy: Services like Giizo AI generate responses by reading a user's request and predicting likely next words. In some cases, the most likely words may not be the most accurate. For this reason, you should not rely on model output as factually accurate in every case. Giizo AI output may contain incorrect information about you because of model behavior, incorrect source information or incorrect data sources. Due to the technical complexity of the models used in Giizo, we may not be able to correct every inaccuracy in every case.
Giizo AI may use open-source language models to provide its services. Those language models belong to their respective producers. You can contact us for more information about the language models used on Giizo AI's website.
Categories of Personal Information and Disclosure
- Identifiers, such as name, contact details, IP address and device identifiers, may be disclosed to affiliates, vendors, service providers, law enforcement and other third parties for the legal reasons described above, parties involved in transactions, business account administrators and users or third parties you choose to share with.
- Commercial Information, such as transaction history, may be disclosed to affiliates, vendors, service providers, law enforcement and other third parties for the legal reasons described above, parties involved in transactions and business account administrators.
- Network Activity Information, such as Content and how you interact with the Services, may be disclosed to affiliates, vendors, service providers, law enforcement and other third parties for the legal reasons described above, parties involved in transactions and users or third parties you choose to share with.
- Geolocation Data may be disclosed to affiliates, vendors, service providers, law enforcement and other third parties for the legal reasons described above and parties involved in transactions.
- Account login credentials and payment card information (Sensitive Personal Information) may be disclosed to affiliates, vendors, service providers, law enforcement and parties involved in transactions.
To the extent provided by local law and subject to applicable exceptions, individuals may have privacy rights to know how we process Personal Information, delete Personal Information, correct Personal Information and be free from discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
We do not "sell" Personal Information or "share" Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable local laws. We also do not process sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics about a consumer.
You can exercise the privacy rights described in this section by submitting a request to mail@giizo.ai.
Verification. To protect Personal Information from unauthorized access, change or deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to a request to know, correct or delete Personal Information. If you do not have an account with us or if we suspect fraud or malicious activity, we may ask for additional Personal Information and proof of residence. If we cannot verify your identity, we may not honor your request.
Authorized agents. You may submit requests through an authorized representative. In that case, the representative must provide signed written permission showing authority to act on your behalf, and you may also need to verify your identity independently and provide proof of residence. Authorized representative requests can be sent to mail@giizo.ai.
Appeals. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to appeal our decision regarding a rights request. To appeal, please send your request to mail@giizo.ai.
6. Children
Our Service is not directed to children under 13. Giizo AI does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided Personal Information to Giizo AI through the Service, please email mail@giizo.ai. We will investigate the notice and delete the information from our systems where appropriate. If you are 13 or older but under 18, you must have permission from your parent or guardian to use the Services.
7. Links to Other Websites
The Service may contain links to websites, including social media services, that are not operated or controlled by Giizo AI ("Third-Party Sites"). Information you share with Third-Party Sites is governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service, not this Privacy Policy. Providing links does not mean that we endorse or review those sites. Contact Third-Party Sites directly for information about their privacy practices.
8. Security and Retention
We implement commercially reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures to protect Personal Information online and offline from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, internet and email transmission is never completely secure or error-free. You should take special care when deciding what information to send us through the Service or email. We are not responsible for circumvention of privacy settings or security measures on the Service or third-party websites.
We retain Personal Information only as long as necessary to provide our Service or for other legitimate business purposes, such as resolving disputes, security reasons or complying with legal obligations. Retention periods depend on factors such as the amount, nature and sensitivity of the information, risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure, processing purposes and legal requirements.
Account Deletion and Data Retention
When you request deletion of your account, your data is not immediately and permanently deleted. Under our secure data management policy, your data is kept in restorable form for 30 days from the deletion date.
- Right to Restore: Before the 30-day retention period expires, you can contact our support team at mail@giizo.ai to restore your account.
- Permanent Deletion: When the 30-day retention period ends, your personal data is automatically anonymized or permanently deleted. This process cannot be reversed.
- Financial Record Exception: Invoices, payment information and subscription records continue to be retained separately for the legally required period under Turkish Tax Procedure Law No. 213.
- KVKK Rights: Your rights under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, including deletion, correction, objection and information requests, are not affected by this process. You can exercise your rights by contacting mail@giizo.ai.
9. International Users
By using our Service, you understand and acknowledge that your Personal Information will be processed and stored in our facilities and servers in Turkiye and may be disclosed to service providers and affiliates in other jurisdictions.
- Legal basis for processing: Our legal bases for processing Personal Information include performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests in protecting and improving the Services, your consent where requested and compliance with legal obligations.
- Data transfers: Where required, we use appropriate safeguards when transferring Personal Information outside certain countries. We transfer Personal Information only under a legally valid transfer mechanism.
- Data protection contact: You can contact us regarding matters related to the processing of Personal Information.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will publish the updated version on this page unless another type of notice is required by applicable law.
