How It Works

1. Customer Requests Live Support

When a customer types something like "I want to speak to someone" or "connect me to a representative," the AI detects the intent automatically.

2. Confirmation Step

Rather than transferring immediately, the system first asks the customer to confirm: "Shall I connect you to a live agent?" This prevents accidental escalations and keeps the experience intentional.

3. Instant Team Notification
