Refund and Cancellation Policy

Detailed information about Giizo AI refund and cancellation conditions.

Giizo AI provides voice AI assistants and subscription-based software solutions. In digital service purchases, delivery is considered completed once access to the service is provided. For this reason, cancellation and refund conditions are set out below.

Cancellation Conditions

  • Subscription plans can be cancelled before the next billing period.
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain usable until the end of the current billing period.
  • For one-time services such as setup, integration and custom configuration, a refund may be issued if cancellation is made before the service begins.
  • No refund is issued for cancellations made after access to the service has been provided.

Refund Conditions

  • If dissatisfaction is caused by technical issues, our support team first tries to provide a solution. If no solution can be provided, a partial refund may be evaluated depending on the nature of the service.
  • For accidental payments, refund requests submitted to the support team within 7 days are reviewed.
  • Refund conditions for campaign or discounted subscriptions may vary according to campaign terms.

Refund Process

  • You can submit refund or cancellation requests to our email address through the contact page.
  • Your request is evaluated within 5-10 business days according to your payment method and contract terms.
  • Approved refunds are reflected to you through the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Exceptions

  • Custom development, customization and consulting services are not refundable.
  • Data recovery, custom reporting and third-party integration services are not refundable.
  • Refunds are not issued where prohibited by applicable law.
