AI Terms of Use

Giizo AI features, agentic actions, model-training policy, voice cloning and user responsibilities.

These AI Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern use of artificial-intelligence features (“AI Features”) on the Giizo AI platform. Read them with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By using AI Features you accept these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • AI Features: Agents, RAG/knowledge base, catalog, MCP tool calls, task orchestration, proactive triggers, voice interaction, voice cloning/profiles and related functions.
  • Input / Output: Data you provide and responses/action results produced by AI.
  • You: The account holder (including use on behalf of a business).

2. Input and Output

  • You are responsible for lawful Input and Output use.
  • You may use Output for lawful purposes; you may not resell Output as a standalone product without Giizo AI’s written permission (use in your own customer service is allowed).
  • AI Output may be wrong or incomplete. It is not sufficient alone for medical, legal, financial or similar critical decisions; final judgment is yours.

3. Model training (one consistent statement)

Giizo AI does not use your data to train shared foundation models across customers. Data is not sold or rented to third parties for model training.

Data may be used to provide the Service, for security and support, and for tenant/agent-specific improvements (Knowledge Base/RAG, Agent Learning, Self-Improving RAG). That is not training other customers’ models. Details: Privacy Policy §4.

4. Agentic AI and real business actions

Agents may take real actions in external systems based on your configuration (orders, appointments, returns, CRM/API/MCP calls, multi-step orchestration, proactive messages).

  • Configuring approval gates, OTP and permissions correctly is your responsibility.
  • You are responsible for agent interactions with end users, channel policies and outcomes.
  • Giizo AI provides infrastructure; legal and operational results of your business processes remain yours.

5. Voice and voice cloning

  • Voice is available on Web Widget, Standalone and Robot.
  • If you use voice cloning/profiles, you must inform interacting users that the voice is cloned or synthesized.
  • Cloning another person’s voice without authorization is prohibited.
  • Audio may be special-category data; see Privacy Policy.

6. Providers

Some AI functions may run via third-party providers (or as fallback). List: Subprocessors. We do not guarantee provider uptime or a specific output quality.

7. End-user data

You are typically the controller of end-user data collected through your agents/channels. Giizo AI processes it to provide the Service; it is not sold or rented.

If you collect personal data, KVKK (and GDPR where applicable) notice/consent duties are yours. There is no separate “EU Safe Forms” product mechanism; compliance is achieved through your configuration and legal processes.

8. Prohibitions

Unauthorized impersonation; unauthorized voice cloning; illegal content; bypassing security; other bans in the Terms of Use. Accounts may be suspended or closed for breaches.

9. Warranty and refunds

AI Features are provided “as is”. Subscription and refunds follow the Refund Policy and Terms of Use.
