Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Terms
These Artificial Intelligence (AI) Usage Terms (the "Terms") apply to users and customers of the Giizo AI assistant creation platform and to all parties visiting Giizo AI web pages or websites. All of these structures are referred to as the "Platform".
These Terms are binding and enforceable in all jurisdictions where AI Features, as defined below, are used and provided. These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our General Terms of Use.
Before using any AI Feature on the Platform, it is important that you carefully read, understand and accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the AI Features. These Terms represent a binding agreement between you and Giizo AI regarding AI and AI Features.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "AI Features" means all artificial intelligence functions, features, tools, products and integrations provided through the Giizo AI platform or any Giizo AI website, link or URL.
- "Use" means using, creating, interacting with or otherwise operating the AI Features.
- "You" means the person using the AI Features individually or on behalf of a company, organization or other legal entity, including free or starter accounts.
2. By Using AI Features, You Accept These Terms
By using any AI Feature, you represent that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you use AI Features on behalf of a company, institution or organization, you also represent that you accept these Terms on behalf of that organization and that you have legal authority to do so.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Giizo AI. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the AI Features.
3. Input and Output
- All data, content, messages and similar materials entered by you or by persons using the Platform on your behalf are defined as "Input".
- All content and data provided, generated or created by AI are defined as "Output".
- You may use Output only for lawful purposes. However, you may not sell, license or redistribute Output as a product without Giizo AI's written permission.
- You grant Giizo AI the right to use your Input data indefinitely, irrevocably and free of charge for the purpose of providing services to you and improving the Platform.
4. Your Acknowledgements and Special Terms
By using AI Features, you expressly acknowledge the following:
- AI is not a human. Even if a human name or photograph is used, there is no real person on the other side.
- If you use voice cloning, you must inform users who interact with that voice that the voice is cloned.
- Giizo AI may use third-party service providers ("Providers") to provide certain AI Features. The Provider list is available here.
- We do not guarantee that AI Features provided by Providers will operate continuously or meet your expectations.
- You are responsible for all AI agents, chatbots, phone bots and similar structures you create through the Platform.
- Providers may process your Inputs and data in locations they determine. Your data may be stored outside your country.
- You accept the processing of your Input and Output by Providers.
- AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, misleading or incomplete. Giizo AI accepts no responsibility for such cases.
- AI output should not be used as medical, legal, financial or personal advice.
- Giizo AI does not use your data to train its own models. However, Giizo AI does not guarantee whether Providers do so.
5. Usage Restrictions
- You are fully responsible for your use of AI Features.
- You are responsible for any third-party issues related to the bots or AI agents you create.
- When using AI Features, you must comply with all applicable laws and the privacy and intellectual property rights of third parties.
- The following activities are prohibited and may lead to temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account:
- Impersonating a real person or organization
- Cloning another person's voice without permission
- Engaging in other prohibited activities described in the General Terms of Use
- Copying, reverse engineering, selling, reselling or commercially exploiting AI Features is prohibited.
6. Use of Input and Data
- You are responsible for all data collected through AI agents, chatbots or forms. Giizo AI does not own that data.
- You grant Giizo AI the right to use Input, Output and other data to provide the Platform and AI Features, deliver customer support, protect our systems against security breaches and comply with legal obligations.
- Your data will not be used to train Giizo AI systems or language models.
- Data is stored only to provide services to you and is never sold or rented to third parties.
- If personal data is collected from EU citizens, you must use the EU Safe Forms feature.
7. Term and Termination
You may use AI Features only while your Platform subscription is active. If you materially breach any provision of these Terms, your account may be closed immediately and permanently.
8. No Warranty
AI Features are provided as is. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Giizo AI expressly disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
9. No Refunds
Phone numbers or similar AI add-ons belonging to AI agents are non-refundable.
